cowgirlification

i curated a gallery of must-haves for those interested in dabbling in this trend, some simple pieces that can be statements of their own or assembled to emulate the closest thing to cowgirl chic I could get.

Out of all the trends I’ve seen come and go (quickly) in the previous years, nothing has interested me more than the sudden rise of the “cowgirl aesthetic.” after watching Louis Vuitton’s fall/winter menswear (2024), I was inspired to share my take on this trend.

Whether it's "western chic" or "coastal cowgirl," the style of cowboy boots, cut-offs, and flared jeans has made a comeback. Having gained popularity from TikTok and cemented by celebrities, designers, and models alike, this trend may be here to stay for a while.

While I'm more likely to be found in a pantsuit over cut-offs, I'm still a fan of the vibes. The fashion world has been such a bore to me lately, so the switch-up from the trending Y2K and "old money" aesthetics has been refreshing.

Bella Hadid has been a trailblazer in promoting this trend. In the last two years, she has gradually implemented her love and devotion for horses into her daily fashion. Fun fact: Bella grew up an equestrian and recently competed in her first-ever rodeo in Texas!
